◆Engine cover - according to user requirements and process conditions, can be designed to flushcover or arched cover. The cover can be designed to open in a whole set or several pieces, manual or pneumatic. On the top of the cover can be opened kinds of nozzle aacording to needs.

1、Continuous spiral ribbon - the most common design can achieve uniform mixing effect quickly. The external spiral riboon move the material to the center and the internal spiral ribbon move the material onto the end of plate, the two models move radiately.
2、Non-continuous spiral ribbon - to provide the same movement as continuous spiral ribbon, only with a very small power, is widely used in the mixture of high-density materials.
3、Blades - when they are applied to the imcomplete gap-type operation, this is an excellent choice, even under the circumstance of meeting minimum correspondence can mix effectively .

Drive section:
Motor can be an ordinary motor, explosion-proof motor, dual speed motor, QABP. It can be drived by chain or belt and its connection can adopt direct-connection for motor, reducer and ribbon mixer, or a cycloidal-pin wheel connection.

◆Addition of liquid - spray system
◆Chopper- high-speed chopper can make the clot or agglomeration from the certain material’s mixing process disappeared. A device can be installed one or two sets of chopper, which can be equipped on cover or both sides of the barrel’s bleeder valve.
◆Scraper device - adapting barrel’s ends and outside spiral ribbon with scraper to reduce the mixing shadow zone.
◆Interlayer - interlayer can be heated by conducting oil, hot water or steam, but the user must provide the media, pressure and temperature parameters.
◆Vacuum operation - equipment can be designed of vacuum operation or vacuum suction.
◆Load start protection – fluid coupling
◆Electronic control box - usually do not provide control box, unless the user needst.
◆Speed: single speed, double speed and frequency control of motoe speed and stepless speed regulating variable speed are availble.
◆Material: carbon steel, 304SUS, 316L stainless steel are availble.
