CLARE has imported the latest foreign technology and developed new generation DE-300 high speed, high active,high powered hydrojet mixing disperser.
It is assembled by principal axis,organism and baffle.When the specially designed rotor is rotating with high speed, there will be puissant force coming from the upper and lower, resulting in liquid from the container bottom and bottom corner continuous floating to blending area,which will make liquid spray-up. When the rushed out liquid meets the block of above baffle, it will turn around the tank wall side and then return back to the bottom. After repeating so many cycles, it can achive mixing,dispersion and cut function in a very short time because of the specail structure which generates strong impact,shear,diffusion and turbulent effect.
