Principle:
High-speed rotation of the rotor driven cavity flow under the effect of the diversion ,will have a strong vertical circulation of liquid. Liquid in container will start the whole cycle, to achieve macro-mixing. On the other hand, high-speed rotation of the rotor can produce micro-mixing necessary to achieve a certain shear turbulence, which dealt with through the micro-liquid mixed with the overall flow of the loop is distributed to every corner of the container. All liquid containers can be thoroughly mixed dispersion, this mixed blender is totally different with traditional one.

Let us know about the effective mixed
When we talk about mixing, firstly we should distinguish micro-and macro-hybrid mixed.
Micromixing can be seen as the minimum size of a small volume of materials mixed, and fully mixed to disperse the results.
Macro-mixing can be regarded as materials in container the overall mixture.
The optimal mixture are both macro-mixing, and micro mixing. Therefore, if a device is mixed but can not do macro-micro-mixing, it can not be regarded as an optimized device, and vice versa.
